The Kamloops Milo Bar
Winning Recipe

1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa powder
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
2 tsp. vanilla
32 single graham wafers (broken into small pieces)
1 cup or more chocolate melting wafers
1 - 2 cups mini mashmallows
Melt butter in large saucepan on low heat.
Remove from heat and add sugar, stir until melted.
Add cocoa powder and beaten eggs.
Mix well and return to heat stir until bubbling, up to one minute.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and graham crumbs.
Mix well.
Pour into 9 x 13 pan lined with parchment paper.
Press down firmly into pan and top with chocolate wafers.
Let sit for up to 5 minutes then spread melted chocolate smooth.
Top with mini marshmallows and place under broiler until lightly browned (only takes a couple of seconds).
Cool thoroughly before cutting into squares.
